We are working with private clients who plan to relocate to Tennessee to be near family. Their preferred location is Sumner or Robertson County. We promised to contact every owner of a property in the county that meets their specific needs: a tract of 30 to 150 acres and a modern home of at least 3,000 square feet.
Our clients currently live in Colorado. The husband and wife are both Air Force veterans, and the husband is a retired airline pilot. They have family in Owensboro, Lexington, KY, and Jackson, TN. They can be flexible on the timing of their move and possession of the property and are prepared for a cash transaction. Their budget is also flexible depending on the acreage, land mix, marketable timber, and the size and condition of the home.
What Our Clients Are Looking For

All land does not have to be contiguous. Our client is open to a smaller tract of at least 30 acres that includes the home, and a larger tract located nearby.
