LEIGH ANN PARKINSON
REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

It's time to see what's possible

About Leigh Ann

I grew up on a dairy farm and learned to play golf at the country club. Bowling Green has always contained both worlds, and I’ve always felt at home in each.

Real estate was part of my life long before it became my career. As a child, I sold lemonade at my father’s auctions. Later, I clerked rural property and cattle auctions before spending more than 20 years as a real estate appraiser in Bowling Green.

That background still shapes how I work today. I understand value, notice the details that affect how buyers perceive a home, and believe people deserve straightforward advice—even when the answer isn’t the easiest one to hear.

For sellers, that means thoughtful preparation and polished, property-specific marketing. I stage every listing as part of my service, invest in professional photography and video, and create a marketing plan designed around the home rather than pulled from a standard checklist. My sellers also receive a written update every week, so they know how their home is performing and what the market is telling us.

For buyers, my appraisal experience is built into the guidance I provide. I help clients evaluate the home, the price, and the potential risks without pushing them toward a decision. Your timeline is your timeline. My role is to give you the information and perspective you need to move forward with confidence—or to recognize when you shouldn’t.

I work with people at many different stages: relocating to Bowling Green, moving into a home that better fits their life, buying for the first time, or selling a longtime family home that holds decades of memories.

Every situation is different, but my approach remains the same: understand the numbers, prepare carefully, communicate clearly, and never lose sight of the person making the decision.

If you’re considering a move in Bowling Green, I’d be glad to help you think through what comes next.
