Appraisal reporting is getting more detailed starting November 2, 2026 — which means the sellers who come out
ahead are the ones who already have this information in hand instead of reconstructing it from memory the week
of their appraisal. Work through this room by room. You don't need every line filled in — even partial records
beat none.
